On the morning of March 26th, the results of the "2024 Top Ten Sci-Tech Innovation Pioneers and Outstanding Contributors in Lingang" selection event, jointly guided by the Talent Office of the Shanghai Science and Technology System and the Talent Office of Lingang Special Area, were announced. Dr. Lin Tao, Chairman of NOP, was elected as one of the "2024 Top Ten Sci-Tech Innovation Pioneers in Lingang Special Area."
Guided by the principle of "driving technological innovation through talent and promoting high-quality development through technological innovation," Lingang Special Area has been focusing on creating a development environment conducive to innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity for sci-tech talents in recent years. By effectively utilizing various talents, the area has provided a platform for truly skilled individuals to showcase their abilities. Among them, a group of pioneering figures in technological innovation and outstanding contributors has emerged, driving industrial innovation through technological advancements. These individuals have played a leading role in original innovation, applied innovation, the incubation and cultivation of sci-tech enterprises, and the construction and operation of sci-tech platforms in Lingang Special Area. On the morning of March 26th, the 2024 Lingang Sci-Tech Innovation Conference was held at the Shanghai Lingang Center. The conference, themed "Lingang Sci-Tech Innovation: A New Quality Future," aimed to promote the aggregation of various innovation elements, facilitate the integrated development of sci-tech, industry, talent, finance, and education, accelerate the formation of new quality productivity, and enhance the core competitiveness of Lingang Special Area. At the conference, Chen Jinshan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Lingang Special Area Party Working Committee, and Director of the Administrative Committee, presented awards and certificates to the "2024 Top Ten Sci-Tech Innovation Pioneers and Outstanding Contributors in Lingang." Dr. Lin Tao, Chairman of NOP, was invited to the stage to receive the award.

The cleanroom fully equipped with lithography, dry etching, wet etching, NIL, metrology, dicing, stacking & blackening, reliability & FAE, etc.
NOP is qualified with ISO and IATF16949 standard. NOP has also formed a strong intellectual property portfolio with US, PCT and China patents. NOP' wafer-level optical chip R&D and production facility was also selected for the "2023 Lingang Special Area Smart Factory Enterprise List."
